Enjoy a week of ski in Borovets – flying into Sofia from Dublin Airport. Borovets is the oldest and biggest ski resort in Bulgaria, located on the northern slopes of the Rila Mountains. The resort has more of an alpine feel with the impressive Rila Hotel a landmark at the foot of the slopes. The resort is suited for a wide range of skiers, from beginners to those with years of experience, with 58kms of ski runs spread over three ski centres – the longest run being 12km.

Nightlife is extensive with bars and restaurants to suit all tastes – many offering late music and karaoke. Night-time skiing is available at a small additional charge.

Day 1:
The time has come to begin your highly anticipated ski trip! Check in at Dublin Airport for your flight to Sofia. On arrival you will be met by a local representative and transferred by coach to your hotel for check in and the rest of the evening free at your leisure.

Your local representative will be available to assist you on making the most out of your holiday, they will visit your hotel on a daily basis and will be able to help with any queries you may have, offer advice on skiing, snowboarding and other activities to make the most of your holiday.

Days 2 to 7:
On the first morning you collect any ski & snowboarding equipment or optional extras you have booked. From this point you are free to enjoy the resort at your own leisure. In the evening you are free to enjoy the hotel’s facilities and relax.

Day 8:
Sadly today you must begin your journey home as your holiday comes to an end. It’s an early start as you join the coach that will take you to Sofia for your return flight to Dublin.

3* Hotel Ela

A 3* hotel located in the centre of the resort and beside the Gondola station. The resorts’ main street is only a few minutes’ walk away and the hotel offers skiers a warm and welcoming bar and restaurant area close to reception. This hotel does not offer a swimming pool but does have a sauna and fitness suite.

Meals are offered on a buffet service for both breakfast & evening meals.
