Day 1 – Dublin to Slovenia

Depart Dublin for your flight to Venice. On arrival you will meet your professional tour manager. Visit the famous Postojna Caves en route to Bled. Check-in and evening meal at hotel. Overnight in Bled.

Day 2 –  Bled

Breakfast at your hotel. Today enjoy a full day of guided sightseeing tour of the picturesque region of Bled including a visit to the remarkable medieval castle and an optional relaxing boat ride to visit the island situated at the centre of the lake. This beautiful natural island has several fascinating buildings to visit including the famous chapel and wishing bell. In the afternoon travel to the picturesque region of Bohinj that lies in a tranquil valley in Triglav National Park. Optional visit to Savica waterfall. Return to your hotel in the early evening for dinner and overnight.

Day 3 – Free Day

Breakfast at your hotel. Today is free to spend in Bled at your leisure before your evening meal and overnight at your hotel.

Day 4 – Julian Alps

Breakfast at your hotel. This morning the group will depart for a full day excursion to the magnificent Julian Alps, a unique and unspoilt Alpine world, were you will travel over a panoramic mountain pass to Triglav National Park and the stunning Trenta Valley. Visit the Trenta Museum. Return to your hotel in the early evening over the Italian Alps for evening meal and overnight.

Day 5 – Free Day

Breakfast at your hotel. Today is free to spend in Bled at your leisure before your evening meal and overnight at your hotel.

Day 6 – Ljubljana

Breakfast at your hotel. Today enjoy a visit to Ljubljana, Slovenia’s beautiful baroque capital. You will have a city tour in the morning followed by some free time for shopping. Return to your hotel for evening meal and overnight.

Day 7 – Free Day

Breakfast at your hotel. Today is free to spend at your leisure before your evening meal and overnight.

Day 8 – Departure

Breakfast at your hotel and check out. Transfer to the airport for your return flight to Dublin.
